I weighed myself 3 times just to be sure the scale was correct. I even moved the scale on the floor. Just to be sure! I guess Tuesday really was water retention, from all the sodium filled foods I had last weekend. I haven't eaten the best foods this week, but I have tried to stay within my calorie range. I guess it really is calories in, calories out. I just want to try to eat healthier whole foods.

This week went by so fast, thankfully! On Thursday, my mom, sister, and I went to the George Strait and Reba concert in Columbus. It was nice to have a girls night out with my mom and sister! And it was much needed for my sister, who is expecting her second baby boy in November!

I don't have any plans this weekend! The first weekend that I can sit back and relax in a while. Also, the last weekend that I can sit back and relax for a while. I looked at my calendar and realized that I have something scheduled each weekend now through the end of October.

It's hard to believe that today is the 9th anniversary of 9/11. May we all take a moment today to remember those who lost their lives that frightful day. And those soldiers, past, present, and future who fight to protect our country.

Things to be thankful for today:
* All members of the Armed Services who serve our country
* Waking up without an alarm clock needing to be set
* Seeing the numbers on the scale go down after a few days of being up

Good Morning Nberry. I saw your post on Determined's journal and though I would ask if you could type the link on my journal sometime as it was cut off and I couldn't copy and past it from her journal. Are you using the point system now and where do you paste it? I hope I am not asking for too much but would really appreciate your guidance. TOWANDA!!!
