Took garcinia camogia the last 3 weeks I am not sure that it helped, still lost 2.5 lbs, muscle mass was 32% it is up to 33% body fat was 31% now 29.8%. something is definitely changing, see some definition still the gut is got to be melted but I am getting there.
211.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 211.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
