Good morning everyone in FS Land,

Yesterday was a great day. I had to work and I had gone in late to be able to see my baby girl get on the bus for the first time. She was so excited!!!

I took my own lunch to work. I had a nice turkey sandwich on light wheat loaded with tomato and lettuce and pickles. Yummy! I also cut up some cantaloupe and took a fat free chocolate pudding cup. My friend and I took a quick 15 minute jaunt around the block at during our lunch time. It was perfect! I had already got my video in when I woke up in the morning.

I was able to be home in time to get my kiddos off the bus. I baked some boneless chicken breasts and made some mashed potatoes and I'm thinking to myself, I don't want to waste points on mashed potatoes, so I kept some out before mashing the rest and I had some boiled potatoes for myself. I don't know why I didn't think of that before. Duhhhhh

I had some cantaloupe for dessert. I don't think that was a good idea..... I had to get up a couple of times in the night for a potty break. I forgot that I can't eat melons in the evening. Note to self...

Today, I put the kids on the bus and i can go to Curves. I do have to take Dad to the Drs. this afternoon. Tomorrow hubby is off. Not sure what we'll do.

Great job on the eating and exercise fronts! Funny that melons affect you that way, though.

oooh! great choices you made for yourself! I'm still not finding myself motivated to get to a gym to do some exercises =/ I'm jealous that you have the drive to go to Curves! Keep up the great work! =)

Bravo! Sounds like a successfully wonderful day, minus the interrupted sleep. ;) I look forward to both kids being in school (next year, at least part time) to have a few hours of sanity to myself! :)

husband is off tomorrow? both kids in school?.... hmmmm... what could you do for exercise?....lol.. enjoy your day tomorrow.. looks like you made some great choices today....
