ugh, woke up with a nasty headache. Sinus gone wild. I haven't been writing or recording lately. I need to start doing it again. My weight hasn't gone up or down. Just hovering. I think I did better when I wrote it down because it kept me mindful of my weight loss goals. So I will try real hard to be more consistent.

Journaling does seem to work.
