well, i bought a bathroom scale today. i guestimated my starting weight at 280lbs, and i wasn't too far off. hopefully, i've lost a pound or two in the last week... i cant' be sure because i didn't have an accurate starting weight. doing pretty good on my 'diet' so i'm kind of impressed with myself. i did eat some bloomin onion at outback last night though... i can't say no to them!! and we don't go out to eat very often, so i gave myself a little break. i figure after a week of really cracking down on myself, i deserved it :)
