i used to sprinkle a little brown sugar on my pancakes, but i don't even do that anymore... plain is fine with me... my biggest problem is that i can't AFFORD to eat healthy! it's cheap to be fat!

today was day one for me. i just completed entering the day's food intake in my journal, and i am 400 calories BELOW my RDI... good start, i guess, but i really didn't do too much different than any other day. so if i am below my RDI every day, WHY AM I SO FAT?? Confused Question
