The result of my first week (this time) of commitment. I need to repeat 52 times. I've never been able to be consistent, but I keep trying.
313.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep posting and commenting here. You know what I did in the beginning of my journey? I took pictures of my meals and posted them on here and just kept track of every calorie and talked to people here on FS, and you know what, that was what I need to stay motivated and on track with my meal plan and calorie count. I hope you find your way.

Completely agree with Jaime - stay present - read, post, record. Keeping your head in this healthy space will help maintain your commitment level. Keep reminding yourself of WHY you are doing this. We're here :D
