Apparently we've been having too much protein again.....grrrrrr!!! Constipation sucks!
Adding calories back tomorrow! Yeah! 1400 is tough to stick with! But it is doable. Takes lots of planning! Going to up it to 1800 for a week and then mix it up again. More time on the elliptical will also have a play in the calorie intake too.
