Second workout day at Doctor's Wellness. Muscles are sore and tired today. I had to up the treadmill today to 3.3 miles/hour to get the same level as last thursday so . . . progress. Actually beginning to look forward to Thursday. But first I have a Tuesday meeting with the Nutritionist and to borrow an image from Dickens "Spirit of Nutrition Future, I fear thee most of all."
