Join the club...but we can't let us beat us! I feel like quitting today when the scale won't cooperate...and it has been that way for a while. My hubby is very good and tells me to look at the big picture. I just want results and I want them NOW! Isn't there a magic pill somewhere?

Time to take a step back and brainstorm steps to victory! 

Thanks guys....yes I am going through a bout of depression and having hard time seeing the good. And of course I get super frustrated at myself...gah.
