I have been feeling rather stuck. I have been doing my shakes and eating pretty well but at the end of the day i have a nasty habit of cheating. Lately it has been ice cream now its whip cream. I also have this driving desire to go hiking and attempt some really intense trails but i know that i need to start out a little smaller first. The internal conflict is irritating.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm exactly the same great all day with my shakes and snacks, then tend to cheat in the evenings....HELP

Try making some healthy trail mix with some chocolate chips! Also, I usually CRAVE candy and chocolate, but I've increased my water intake, and when I work out, I'm too pooped to snack! Don't be hard on yourself though... your not doing this for temporary weight loss - its for a life style change, and you don't want to give up goodies forever! Good luck!
