I have yet again slacked off and come back to the weight loss goal. After falling off the wagon i am now back on and doing fair.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1908 kcal Fat: 75.51g | Prot: 143.43g | Carb: 164.45g.   Breakfast: Lowfat Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt, Fiber Powder, Bee Pollen, Organic Unsweetended Soy Milk, Nutritional Shake Mix - Cookies 'N Cream. Lunch: 14" Pepperoni Pizza, Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled). Dinner: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Codfish fillet. Snacks/Other: Citrus Lemon Protein Bar, Classic Caramel Corn, Mini Babybel Light Cheese. more...
