Dis wee winter en mens sukel om water te drink dis te koud so ek prober ma swart rooibos tea drink om op te maak vir die water.
En dieselfde gaan vir slaai in die winter dis regtig nie leka om slaai te eet as dit koud is ni.
En n mens wil net eet ,ek hoop ek gaan kan uit hou die winter en niks op tel ni.

Eks nie op n specific diet nie maar ek hou ma net by my klein porsies kos van wat almal in die huis eet en dit help nogals.

Goals vir die weekend :
*will graag by my porsies bly en wyse keuses maak .
*will my water in kry
*will my 30 min brisk loop by hou maki saak of dit reen of koud is ni.


En ek gaan die beste maak van die weekend.:)
