down 4.5lbs in 20 days. I wish it was faster, but I haven't been willing to give up the calories while I am exercising. I guess if I was more sedentary I would eat less. I also totally went over my carb limit yesterday and was shocked at my 30+ grams of carbs. It is so easy for them to add up. If I end up being to lose at 30 grams of carbs while eating the variety and quantity of foods that I am currently eating why do anything else. This is a lifestyle I can live with. Slow and steady like the tortoise instead of the hare.
