I'm planning on joing a gym soon. Finally! There's a fee in my town so it's not exactly a small amount. My back is still on the mend. I don't know how bad it is as I haven't had an MRI, I called the rheumatologist's office Friday he didn't call back as the secretary said he would as I requested Vitamin D tablets to strenghthen my spine and other bones. So today and yesterday I went out and sat out on the sixth floor of my balcony and got some sunshine for a little while to absorb some Vitamin D from the sunshine. I think next spring I'll get some chairs and a table for out there. Anyway, I still haven't got my stimulus check as I had to file it in May as someone who supposedly filed it my building didn't, so I will use that money to join the local gym. There's a pool there in case my back is acting up like it is today. I know I can get Vit D from cod liver oil, but it's like $30 a bottle and I already take like double that a month in vitamins already in price and I think that's enough.. my weight may be up a few pounds I'll have to do a weigh in - I've been eating wheat bread, which may have to be a no. Occasional brown rice once or twice a week might be OK, I think I'll get to my goal weight of 188 if I do the 20g challenge for a month -at least that's what I'm hoping! :) Glenn
