Just moving into OWL. Going to take some time to get used to all of my choices and to see what works and what doesn't. Swam laps yesterday so I am a little sore. Love the fact that I can go swimming with the weather this hot. Yesterday was 96 degrees and today it was 67 degrees at 6am. I think summer arrived early in northern CA.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
