Had a bad night of arthritis pain, so I took something for the pain(always knocks me out) making me sleep too much & makes me lazy the next day. I still need to work on my fat intake, way too high! Might have had a bad day but I refuse to let it get me down, there's always tomorrow.

Another thing, if you've sent me a buddy request...I have no idea where to accept it at? I've looked it up in the help section but I do not see a ribbon to click? I just received a notification by mail but when I clicked on the link to accept it just takes me the main page. I have not received anything on my page directly.
