Pretty lazy day today, after all it was mother's day. I didn't eat much today because I knew we were planning on taking our mother's out to eat, just didn't know where they would choose to eat. I need to learn when eating out at buffet to fill up on fresh vegetables and fruits, reduce the amount of fatty meats, and no more sugary desserts. This is a lifestyle change and I'm basically learning as I go. Still need to work & focus on more exercise, I need to get off my butt & get moving now that my knee and foot is healing. I need more motivation...more research on that.
