Feeling better but still fairly awful. I made the mistake of not taking decongestants before bed and spent the night coughing. I am so tired this morning. :( Oh well, Monday is the day I hit all the job boards, so off to do that. Then go visit my friend in rehab. Such a fun day... not so much.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
