Ventured into a fast food place for the first time today. I was a little worried even walking in there. But I was shopping (for a smaller size, I might add) and the kiddos were hungry.. So Jack in the Box was the answer. I was thinking of just getting a grilled chicken sandwich and tossing the bread. But I was really surprised to see they had grilled chicken strips! So I got that and a medium diet coke. I have cut caffine too, so this was my first soda in over a week. It really messed with me. I was wired for hours and then crashed hard. I don't know how I lived like that before. I was ADDICTED to caffine... 3 cups of coffee in the morning.. energy drinks and coke throughout the day, no wonder I needed sleeping pills to get to sleep.
I realized today how much healthier I feel. I pop right out of bed in the morning I have exchanged my coffee for ONE cup of tea. I have energy all day and go right to sleep. I don't know how I didn't notice this before.
Anyway, enough rambling... :)
