What I really wanted to capture for myself is this pic because w/o my head visible, even I can see the progress on my body. Dress is a 6, there is no Spanx or other shapewear, but it's getting there. I'm not sure that the pooch pouch will ever totally disappear, but this is pretty darn good for a spur of the moment thing.

Yup, they’re definitely there. Swimmer’s back is back, including lats. Just need to lose the belly. 😉
