Day 1 - I need to get on the road to recovery. Don't like the way I look or feel. Have to grab air when talking sometimes.

hi! welcome! you really do hide the weight well! hope you jump in, get some buddies and have fun. best thing I ever did. especially logging ALL my food so I can look back and figure out what my triggers are.. and me a buddy request of you want buddies :-)
