😉 that’s just Greek yogurt on top, and a little cheese. No butter, nothing else.

Yogurt on top and I ate chicken at lunch. Might have cottage cheese later. I hit between 75-100g a day.

Apprently I bashed her. Sorry if you thought so, I just have OCD and I see it and tell people. Don't want no one to eat a hair, it something that happens to be all the time.
