An hour later...Hungry....no, I THINK I'm hungry. NOT readjusting the meal plan. NO. You heard me thoughts. I know you do. I said no and that's it. Drink your hot tea w/o sugar....or water. Something that has zero calories. Drink and ENJOY IT!

Found a forgotten (but still good) watermelon in the fridge....and adjusted my dinner meal to include some yummy watermelon. Season is not quite in yet....but still people, WATERMELON! YUM!

I about bought a watermelon yesterday, but they were too picked over. Everyone else must think they sound good too. Good for you for sticking to your guns! Don't give in to those evil thoughts. :)

I know the feeling! Have you ever noticed that if you feel board, you get the munchies? My brother showed me a gsme on his X box called 'Skyrim' and ... I LOVE it! (I'm not normally a gamer, but there's just somthing sbout this one...) So I played for a couple of hours, AFTER doing my walking & yoga; And low and behold, no snacking! Keep up your will power, and beat the snack monster!
