Will this is my first day and I have to admit that this is a good site for logging food in the diary. I have not had any trouble at all finding things. Everything I eat seems to be in there. I'm going out to eat tonight and that is usually my down fall. I will stick with something light.

Yes! The food diary is great, and if it's not there you can add it. Good luck eating out. Is it someplace where you can look up the menu online? Some give the calories and other nutritional stuff. Then you could have a plan! Most of all, enjoy!
