elliptical is apart right now...trying to repair the squeak on the left side. so we walked tonight instead...and i can totally feel the muscles the elliptical has found.....
224.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
