I am doing a little better with food these last 3 days. I made asian chicken and broccoli with brown rice for dinner. This is actually the first time I have cooked in about 10 days. My dinner was really good - I am pretty confident about my cooking ability, at least when it comes to pleasing myself. I still do like very much eating snacks for dinner, though. I am going to go back to that next week, I have a dinner with my parents tomorrow. I ran 5 miles today, on the track, it was great. I have never run that far before off of the treadmill. I plan on going back again tomorrow and doing it all over again. I also did some abs. So I'm pretty good and pretty on track. I just gotta see that needle on the scale go down. I'm sick and tired of gaining and losing the same 3 pounds!
