not happy.. eating habits haven't changed but working out everyday..dunno why the scale is my enemy this week.Will try eating more regularly
161.8 lb Lost so far: 80.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just because you don't see the scale move doesn't mean things aren't happening in your body. I had a friend who went down 4 sizes and didn't see the scale move for a while. If you have recently increased or changed your workouts, your muscles can retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It will even out. Just stick with it.

So true... and props to you for working out! I sit here at the computer every night after working on one all day.

can't give up. never been this close to my goal weight. And I've been struggling with weight issues all my life. started working out when I found the 30 day squat challenge online. decided to do that and add in a bunch of ab exercises to help with my chronic back pain. day 13 and tho I'll never love exercise, I feel better knowing I'm doing something besides sitting all day and night.
