Feeling better today. Forced myself to walk half yesterday. I feel like it today. Rain is gone thank you God. Plan to do some exercise indoors and also go on a walk.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
