Way to many carbs today bur needed to make thing in the frig. Will be back on track tomorrow. One more day here the off to aohio monday. Will take lots of breaks to walk the dogs. Hope to fond low carb eats.

Thank you! Not looking forward to all that sitting! Hopeful do lots of walking restroom stops. Keep up walking! You are my encouragement. I reached my walking goal today. I am so happy back to where i eas before i started going downhill.
