I started the push-up challenge to work with the sit-up challenge on alternate days. I believe they will complement each other especially in preparing for the APFT. I also joined running 50 miles in May challenge. This should motivate me to max my APFT.

I am also following my Herbalife nutritional plan, so I expect to be at my goal weight of 170 by June 1st.
