Up a pound but that's okay. That's my REAL weight. Last week I was still on BP medication that acts as a diuretic and since I'm on the DASH diet, I now have been medication free since last Friday. So this is my real starting weight I feel. The docs don't want me losing weight quickly until I'm fully recovered anyway so I need to make sure I'm getting enough calories. Am doing my yoga daily and now will add brisk walking several times a week to build up my stamina.
Have to get a heart stress test done in August so feel like I'm in training for an athletic event, LOL.
Grateful every morning that I wake up. Hope you are, too.
