I've been walking 3 days in a row now...it's a good walk. My legs are sore! I weighed in this morning. It shows I gained a pound...that's a little frustrating, but I'm done weighing in everyday. I can't otherwise I get way to obsessed. I'll just stick with once a week.

Yes! weighing in is great but not everyday if it becomes a huge disappointment it might even demotivate to slack off because of lack of progress. I think you will show a loss in a week so hang in there I am certain of it.

There can be a lot of ups and downs, so just keep doing the right things for yourself, like walking, and that pound will be down again soon.

If your legs are sore, the gain is probably the muscles retaining water. It'll go away in a few days, keep up the great work!!
