I will be starting Vi shake next week. See how far I can go.

来週からViシェーキを始めるぞ!
アメリカでは、多くの人がやっているけど、ここイギリス上陸したのは、先月半ば。味見をしたら、まあまあ。
小麦粉の代わりに他の素材と混ぜて、使えるのも、新鮮。
146.8 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi! You can do it! It's hard changing diets -- I think our bodies don't adjust too quickly to the change. I lived in Japan for 5 years, teaching English. If you'd like to buddy-up, we can cheer each other on. Ganbarimashou! ~ Adrienne

Buddy! Sure! More the merrier :) I've tried all sorts of diet but nothing really has worked in long term. I miss Japanese food... Actually, I love food too much. I need to retrain my brain!
