I've always thought that I've had problems with my weight my whole life, but I've come to realize that's not the case. In high school my top weight as 145-150. While this is bordering on overweight, this really isn't too bad. However, the whole college thing lead to a weight gain that places me at 175 pounds.
I was vegetarian for about a year and a half, in which I managed to go back to 160 pounds, but have since gained it back.
I'm actually a fairly active person (I try to work out for an hour a day with yoga, dance and horseback riding). My eating was such that I wasn't able to lose weight.
I'm hoping that with me recording my eating, I'll lose weight faster.

i know what you mean about having thought you had issues with your weight for like, ever when it wasn't the case! in grade 8/9 i was at around 125-130 lbs, and in the course of a few years (in which i really pretty much hid from my scale :/) i managed to get up to 160, and i just figured i'd been on the larger side forever, even though technically it's not true!
anyway, you can deffinitely move back in the right direction :) good luck!
