I have been poorly and although i havent been as strict as I should have been with my diet I am thankful that I have not gained a lot.
I am well now and have got back into my fitness running at least twice a week as well as ballet and core exercises.
Fingers crossed that in 5 days i will have lost something and I can end the challenge on a high note??

Oh, you do ballet? Have you just started or done it for a long time? I used to Tapdance....but then i just got to busy....

sorry for the delayed reply, i usually have my phone app glued to my hand but my phone has been sent away for repair so im a bit lost logging onto the computer every day/night to cram everything on here. I did some ballet last year but had to stop for family commitments, now i do it every wednesday taking lessons from youtube would you believe!!! there are some amazing ones on there if you have a good search and you can do it in your pjs and ballet slippers and not be judged ha ha. I suppose you have to be really into it to be motivated but i love it and i dont feel as silly when i cant get something quite right. I am going to start classes again in septemebr either throught the college or through another local class that i found online that teaches adult lessons. im by no means good but i enjoy it and my posture is now a lot better than before. I was looking into tap as i loved it as a kid but it seems to be hard to come by in my area? bring more lessons fir adults i say!!! I dont know if you could manage looking on youtube for tap dances? but its always worth a shot? you should always try to keep something in your life that you enjoy, otherwise life will rule you and thats no good for no one! keep it up chick and make time for tap its good for you xx
