Well yesterday didn't go well. It seems i spent all day stuffing myself. Basically a sign of the times lately. But ive actually been better with my food and the whole eating thng considering everything i'm going through emotionally lately. It helps to be prepared. Today I had planned an enourmous breakfast but made a banana smoothie, drank half and now i'm too full to even consider eggs and kielbasa! Salad for lunch. Chicken teriyaki for dinner. Gym today. Perhaps a walk as well. Tomorrows my birthday.
