Two nights and twilight shift over the weekend - up all night and very little sleep - enough reason to be overeat. Late night / early hours had bad craving for sugar and I couldn't resist big chunk of chocolate cake... My body clock is messed up so bring back to normal-ish today. Will go for long stroll later.
