Yesterday was a long day...
Went slow walk with client (with dog) but he wasn't much interested in walk!
Had chippie chips as well. I know it's not good for diet but what a pleasure :)
146.4 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
