Well, I am gaining... I hope with the bulgur chili I will start up the weight loss, because I will be a bit more 'regular'. The chili (which I found on here) has 51 percent of daily fiber. Most people don't take in enough fiber, which doesn't help much, and they wonder why they get gas and other unpleasant things...

Fiber sucks up all the excess stuff, so you are able to have regularity. It's not an evil thing. It's just not a very high priority for most. That's why there is so many different things for gas, and other stuff. The only reason why anyone would need that stuff is because they are not getting enough fiber.

Good luck! Just remember with fiber comes gas. Lol! More fiber is never a bad thing. I hope it works!
