I was wrong about yesterday's weight. 175 - mid cycle bulge. I think with my inability to work out my calorie deficit is not quite enough to lose. So I will see what I can do about that.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
