I didn't really log this weekend- too busy, and then too tired to worry about it. All is well though- I still watched what I ate and the weekend went as all my weekends usually do. I have settled in to my new lifestyle quite comfortably and don't feel the driving need to write down every calorie-I think I might be ready to try not logging for a week to see if I can handle it. The only change will be that i am not writing the calories down so it will free up some time to do other things. If at the end of the week there is a negative change in my weight or measurements then I will go back to logging every morsel that passes my lips.
I haven't lost any weight since my last weigh in, but i have noticed positive changes in my shape so I won't worry.
