Energy is definatly better this morning. Still not 100% tho. Hunger is not bad either. Interesting, because yesterday I ate lower carb and hign fat. I also drank 3 vitamin waters and I seem to remember hunger being better when I was drinking them regularly before. I will continue to play with macros to see if that is the issue. Also, anxiety seems to be better. I am looking forward to Pando tonight. All of this could also be due to being off of ritalin for a couple days.
