Goodbye 200+...Goodbye 30+ on the bodyfat scale. Two milestones in one day - and on a Friday no less. A true TGIF.
Did burn rate calculation for the period April 16th - April 25th: # of days = 10 Average daily calorie intake: 1241 Weight Loss: 5.0 Lbs. (5.0 x 3500/10= 1750 calories lost per day) 1241 + 1750 = 2991 cals per day burn rate.
10 Day TTBR (Trailing True Burn Rate) = 2991/day
Increased elliptical to 40 minutes today.
Looks like I am currently in a weight loss pattern that follows a steady...steady...steady...DROP rhythm. If the Tanita is to be believed, the BF is dropping pretty steadily. I have purchased an Omron handheld BF meter and will start recording its results as well.
Time to finally take some pictures and get some measurements.
Burn more calories than you take in and you will lose weight. Einstein wouldn't argue with that simple equation. Homer, however....
