Hmm, I did weigh yesterday, I guess I just ran out without writing a journal entry (I had an early appt). I think it was 178.2 and today is 178.4. If I was in maintenance these last few months would be great, but with almost 30 lbs to go... not so much. It has been two weeks since my last weigh in. *sigh* I suppose I should admit I've gained a pound. Should I do the daily weigh-ins so my weight history will show all the ups and downs? Maybe.
