On Sunday, April 21, I started the Diet Digest 4-day detox again, but I tweaked it to include a turkey sandwich for snack instead of just lettuce and cheese. I've been pee'ing like it's MY JOB. Somehow I have lost 8 pounds of pee in 4 days.
I would love to be excited about 180.8, but it's just an illusion. My first dinner at El Nopal will fix that, and I have every intention of going there soon after all this dieting (the rebound..)
Ultimately, I do believe I'll keep 3-4 pounds off from the detox.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
