Stupid chips last night! Ahhhh! I was doing soooo good and not even hungry and I figured Id have just a few to round of my calories but noooo..I wolf down so many completely obliterating my work out. OH WELL I guess this is why no weight loss.
Today I'm really sore and need a wee break from working out so I am just gonna walk. I hope today brings good things. I am going to need help if I cant get this right at this point. I am kind of sick of sitting at the same weight!

I've been at a conference since saturday night, with my Mom, for work. She is the worst about pressuring me to eat bread, oatmeal, pasta, and anything else she knows I'm not supposed to have. So all things considered I managed to eat as low carb as I could, unfortunately this didn't stop my calories from being a little higher and my fat way to low... looks like 3 days of fat fast, here I come.
Bottom line- Temptation Sucks!
Sounds like you have been working out really hard! That is so awesome! Soon you will be all ready for that 5k!

I was tempted to push myself and run one today, but after all the working out I think a rest day is best. Tomorrow I may run a 5km just to push myself a bit.

Yup, listen to your body - it knows when it wants a rest day! Otherwise, from my experience I find it feels like running through wet concrete. You'll benefit from the rest and you'll run so much better the next day.
