My goal is 135 so I am aiming for an average of 1350 calories a day. I read a very interesting article as it relates to cheating. Cheat days are okay as long as they are done in moderation and it brings my weekly average to 1350 a day.

I worked out at an athletic conditioning class yesterday. Running has given me super great endurance where I could handle the class but jumping up and down and all over a step aerobics prop really got the best of me. My abs and arms are so sore today.

I am going jogging today for twenty minutes even though I worked out yesterday cause after that class I was only good for around 10-15 minutes worth of jogging.

I have noticed if I cut out all those chocolates I am eating I would be around the 1350 calorie range or even less, its just I will have to find a low calorie substitute.

I can actually see myself thin and its motivating.
