Yesterday I went to chilis and I overloaded on dinner. I ate two small fajitas and half a starter. I am estimating I went over my daily intake by 900 calories.
This means today I am aiming to burn 600 calories through exericize and eat only 1100 calories. It will be tough because I love to eat and burning 600 calories through exercize will probably involve running 5km and then using the eliptical to round off the rest of the exercize. I might even exercize off the complete 900 calories by spending an hour and a half at the gym.
This is seriously a lesson in what it takes to lose weight. I am not saying binging is wrong by any means it just means that I have to work twice as hard the next day to make it up.
