Ok, so maybe doing my own thing isnt so great. I don't think I ate enough in the first half of the day, so by the time my husband got home I was feeling exhausted and kind of sick. I even had to take a nap. I don't think that I missed recording anything, since I usually record things right away whenever possible. I'll try harder tomorrow, and maybe stick to Medifast! There's a bunch of new "lean" options that I want to try.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 August 2010:
